Full Stack Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot, working extensively with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. You will play a key part in our cloud-native journey, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and modern monitoring tools to deliver scalable, resilient solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring BootWork with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases (schema design, query optimization, data migration)Build and deploy applications in containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate deployments with KubernetesImplement cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP ensuring high availability and scalabilityMonitor and troubleshoot application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK StackCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality softwareChallenge the status quo by proposing innovative solutions and driving continuous improvementMentor peers by sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering a culture of technical excellenceRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot developmentHands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databasesProficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestrationExperience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and alerting toolsExcellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitudeStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectivelyDemonstrated ability to challenge existing approaches and drive changePreferred QualificationsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesKnowledge of microservices architectureExposure to frontend technologies (React, Angular, etc.)Prior experience in financial services or regulated industries
