Were hiring customer service advisors with 1-2 years UK banking experience to join a fast-paced and highly supportive fraud team based in Glasgow City Park.Youll play a vital role in protecting customers from scams and fraudulent activity while delivering exceptional service. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service advisor with UK banking experience who enjoys problem solving, helping customers, and making a real difference every day.What Youll Be DoingHandle inbound customer calls relating to suspected fraud or scamsInvestigate suspicious transactions and raise fraud casesSupport customers who may be vulnerable or experiencing financial difficultiesApprove or decline payments based on fraud risk assessmentsProvide reassurance and guidance to customers affected by fraudEducate customers on how to protect themselves from scamsEnsure all activity follows regulatory and banking compliance standardsTake ownership of customer queries and deliver first-call resolution wherever possibleWhat Were Looking ForMinimum 12 months experience within a UK banking or financial services environmentStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to understand banking terminology and processesExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsConfidence handling sensitive conversations, including with vulnerable customersAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environmentStrong decision-making skills and a customer-first mindsetExperience within fraud investigation or financial crime is desirable.Salary & Benefits26,000 28,500 salary (depending on experience)Regular overtime opportunities28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)10% discount on local bus travelPension schemeEmployee wellbeing support including GP access, financial advice, and mental health resourcesCycle to Work schemeEmployee discounts and reward programmesPlease note: No holidays within the first 68 weeks during training and onboarding.DisclaimerCCA Recruitment Group is an employment agency with a legitimate interest in providing work finding services.
