This isnt just about managing service appointmentsits about building trusted relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.What Youll Be DoingActing as the relationship manager for service customersEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionCoordinating with the workshop to deliver timely and efficient serviceSupporting the wider service team with leadership and mentoringYou will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.For this role, we are looking for you to have a previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered.
