Location: Unit 10A The Forge, Parkhead, Glasgow G31 4EB Hours per Week: 39 hours Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview. Salary: Up to 31,000 per annum The Role As an Assistant StoreManager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to: Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets. Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management. What you'll need tosucceed Retail leadership experience Passion for customer service & sales. Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills. A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
