Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing technology projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Team Management:Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitoring progress and providing support as needed.Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.Stakeholder Communication:Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones and achievements.Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project deliverables meet their requirements.Quality Assurance:Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and address any deviations from project plans.Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.Escalate critical issues to senior management as necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team.Flexible working arrangements (remote/hybrid).Professional development and growth opportunities.A collaborative and innovative work environment.If you are interested to find out more information about the role contact [email protected].
