From glasses and contact lenses to laser, lens and cataract surgery, were here to make poor vision a thing of the past for our patients.Want to be part of a team that literally change people lives?We are recruiting results driven, self-motivated individuals who are able to exceed targets whilst continually delivering a first class experience to our patients.You will be contacting people who have expressed an interest in our services with a view to converting to an appointment or sale. Although the role is based in our fantastic Glasgow offices it is contacting patients in Germany, therefore, spoken and written German to Fluent standard is required along with fluent English.Key ResponsibilitiesMaking contact with patients who have recently attended an initial consultationPromoting the lifestyle and clinical benefits of our treatmentsManage the patient pipelineProviding an exceptional after sales serviceEssential skillsGerman language skills to Fluent levelExcellent written and spoken EnglishAchievement within outbound salesProven track record in over achieving KPIsAbility to converse and relate to a wide range of peopleExcellent communication skills with empathy and understandingAbility to deliver first class customer serviceStrong IT skills database, word/excel and emailTeamwork, with the skills to add value to the existing set upThe role is all about the customer experience coupled with exceeding conversion targets.
