You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders and act as deputy for the Senior TA Partner, driving recruitment processes from briefing through to offer.What You’ll Be DeliveringDeputy Leadership in RecruitmentStep in when the Senior TA Partner is unavailable to keep recruitment running smoothly and efficiently.Hiring Manager PartneringCollaborate closely with operational managers to understand their staffing needs, provide market insight, and offer strategic recruitment advice.Talent Sourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentUtilise LinkedIn, job boards, and social networks to build proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles.Candidate Selection & EngagementHandle CV screening, interview scheduling, shortlisting, and manage the candidate journey with professionalism and inclusivity.Recruitment Coordination & TrackingEnsure ATS data is accurate, maintain clear communication with hiring managers, and produce recruitment progress reporting.Brand Advocacy & Experience ChampioningRepresent our client positively throughout the recruitment lifecycle, keeping candidate experience front and centre.Continuous Improvement & InnovationStay informed of emerging trends in the hiring market and help evolve recruitment strategies and processes.Your Skills & ExperienceProven track record in full-cycle recruitment, either in-house or agencyComfortable advising hiring managers and managing expectationsStrong stakeholder management and clear communicatorExperienced in proactive sourcing and building robust candidate pipelinesHighly organised with strong attention to detail and reporting know-howCollaborative attitude with a genuine focus on great candidate experienceWhy This Role Stands OutImmediate start and hands-on responsibilityThree roles with genuine potential to go permanentFlexible hybrid working modelJoin a forward-thinking, supportive recruitment teamInterested?
