About the RoleWoozle Research is seeking an Associate Director to join our growing team in either our Glasgow or London office.This is a senior leadership position for experienced professionals who want to shape high-quality primary research used by the world’s top hedge funds, private equity firms, and consultancies.You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Analysts and Associates, ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations, and cultivating long-term partnerships with investors and decision-makers.If you are passionate about guiding teams, building client relationships, and delivering market-moving insight, this opportunity is designed for you. What You’ll DoAs an Associate Director, you will:Manage and mentor a team of Equity Research Analysts and Associates to deliver exceptional research outputsOversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and relevanceAct as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing daily updates and insightDrive client satisfaction and retention, addressing needs proactively and identifying new areas to add valueDevelop and refine processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency across all projectsCollaborate with senior leadership to define research priorities, resource allocation, and team developmentTrain and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement Who You AreWe’re looking for a confident, commercially-minded leader who:Has 3+ years of experience in equity research, management consulting, market research, or a related fieldDemonstrates proven team management and mentoring capabilitiesBrings excellent organisational skills and a track record of delivering high-quality client deliverablesHas experience in daily communication with clients, including handling new business discussions and ongoing project updatesThrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven, entrepreneurial cultureIs comfortable balancing multiple priorities while ensuring rigorous standards of excellenceEnjoys building and strengthening long-term client relationships What You’ll GetWe’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional who: £50,000–£55,000 salary, depending on location and experience Annual performance-based bonuses recognising exceptional impact????
