You'll inherit a stable team of nearly 30 people and a business turning over close to 10m. The focus now is growththere's substantial potential to scale across new sectors, new customer groups, and underperforming geographic areas.The ideal candidate will spend their time driving business development, implementing marketing initiatives, forming strategic partnerships, and steering the company into its next phase.
