Job Description Site Manager Central Belt Residential House Builder 55,00060,000 + Car Package + Bonus Scheme + PensionI'm currently working in partnership with a well-established and highly respected house builder who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team in the Central Belt of Scotland.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable developer with a strong pipeline of projects and a focus on delivering high-quality homes.The Opportunity:As Site Manager, youll take full responsibility for the delivery of a new residential development managing the site from start to finish and ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout. This role would suit someone with a solid background in private housing, excellent leadership skills, and a strong eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Managing all on-site activity from groundwork through to final handoversCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure smooth operationsEnsuring works are completed to programme, within budget, and to high quality standardsMaintaining strong health and safety practices at all timesWorking closely with internal departments, external consultants, and local authoritiesMaintaining site records and reportsRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housebuildingStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationA full UK driving licenceOn Offer:Competitive salary of 55,00060,000 (DOE)Car or car allowancePerformance-related bonus schemePension planThe opportunity to work with a stable, well-regarded business with a long-term pipeline of workIf you're a driven Site Manager looking for your next role with a quality-focused developer, Id love to speak with you in confidence.
