They are seeking an experienced Senior / Principal Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary Design & Build (D&B) projects within the water sector.You will lead design delivery on large-scale water infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation across the full project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multidisciplinary teams on complex D&B projectsManage design delivery, budgets, and programme milestonesReview and approve technical outputs (reports, drawings, calculations)Act as the key client interface and escalation pointSupport business development and bid activitiesProvide technical leadership and mentor team membersSkills & ExperienceDegree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)Chartered Engineer (CEng)Strong experience in the water sector and D&B deliveryKnowledge of xjdpvnf hydraulics, wastewater, clean water, and pipelinesFamiliar with CDM, Eurocodes, NEC, and industry standardsExperience with AutoCAD, CDEs, MS Office, and Power BIStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsIf you're looking to lead complex projects and drive engineering excellence, apply now!Note: May require UK Security Clearance (5 years residency typically needed)
