The role involves coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to deliver seamless, accessible, and inclusive user experiences across multiple digital channels.Key responsibilities will include:Leading delivery of a multi-platform digital ecosystem.Managing roadmaps, timelines, governance, and stakeholder communication.Overseeing third-party suppliers and development partners.Ensuring digital outputs meet standards for security, accessibility, and compliance.This role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and the ability to manage competing priorities within fixed deadlines.About YouStrong experience managing large-scale digital projects from planning through to delivery.Knowledge of CMS, CRM and app/website integration.Proven stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.Familiarity with accessibility standards, GDPR, and user-centred design.Excellent planning, risk management, and communication skillsExperience working with digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or Drupal is beneficial.Bright Purple is an equal opportunities employer: we are proud to work with clients who share our values of diversity and inclusion in our industry.
