Job Title: Administration AssistantRole Description:The main purpose of this role is to work within our Distributed Network Operators (DNO) business, across Scotland. You will be administering workstreams to ensure that work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and client specifications.Key responsibilities include helping Project Managers to maintain a full programme of works, ensuring all operatives work to their full productivity levels. Some of the key deliverables in this role include:Working with work management systems and administration teams to ensure that all jobs are raised, scheduled, assigned, and completed as required.Working with our delivery Project Managers on the procurement and ongoing management and engagement of Franchisees & Subcontractors.Reviewing and processing any returned documentation received from clients to ensure accurate job completions on work management systems.Supporting commercial and financial month-end processes, raising invoices, and ensuring forecasted works are invoiced.Raising Purchase Orders where applicable.Requirements:• Strong IT Literacy & Numeracy Skills including detailed experience in MS Office 365.• Required Full UK Driving Licence.• Desirable Experience in an Administration role.• Desirable Experience with Framework contracts.• Desirable Experience of using work management systems,• Desirable Experience with Purchase Order processes,• Desirable Experience with Office 365 - word, excel, PowerPoint.• Desirable Benefits: Salary sacrifice car scheme (Hybrid/Electric Vehicle), Pension with a leading provider and up to 8% employer contribution, Up to 25 days holiday, Personal Wellbeing and Volunteer Days, Private Medical Insurance, Free 24/7 365 Employee Assistance Program to support mental health and well-being, Flexible benefits to suit, including Dental Insurance, Gym Memberships, Give As You Earn, Travel Insurance, Tax Free Bikes.• Next Steps: Our commitment to creating a culture where everyone is included, treated fairly and with respect starts with recruitment.
