Job DescriptionMAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:G2V Group are looking for a detail orientated and pro-active HR Administrator to support our HR Team in ensuring smooth an efficient operation for our business. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in Human Resources.You will be based out of our Glasgow office and play a critical role in supporting the team and business in administrating all end-to-end employee lifecycle changes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Employee Record Management:Maintain and update employee databases (e.g. personal information, contract, attendance)Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR files and recordsEmployee Life-Cycle:Right to work checks and onboarding compliancePrepare and issue HR documents, such as contracts, addendums, non-disclosure agreements and restricted convergence letters.Complete ad hoc HR reporting from the HRIS SystemPresent HR inductions for all new starters to ensure a smooth on-boarding into the businessPayroll and Benefits:Support payroll and benefits administration Maintain leave and attendance recordsGeneral HR Support:Address employee queries about HR related mattersOrganise employee and Manager training sessions Qualities/Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills Enthusiastic, proactive attitude, with a flexible approach and the ability to multi-taskGood attention to detail, process driven and methodicalFlexibility and the ability to work on more than one taskExperience working of working in a HR TeamAbility to travel as and when requiredDesirable Criteria:Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamCompleted or working towards CIPD Level 3 Experience of using IRIS Cascade Experience of working in an international organisation Europe and/or U.S
