Job DescriptionLegal Administrator 6 Month Contract Location: Glasgow (Hybrid) Lorien's UK leading Investment banking client are currently looking for a highly skilled Legal Administrator to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.Responsibilities:Excellent/administrative management/project management/Paralegal/organizational & time management skillsPrevious similar experience of working with contracts/contract data would be an advantageAdvanced IT literate (MS Office {Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook}, VBA Macro/automation/programming knowledge/extensive Sharepoint knowledge would be an advantage)Ability to familiarize quickly with key internal and external contactsClient focus - Sees internal stakeholders as well as external clients as "customers"Proactive, Professional and confidentDrive for results - Delivers high quality workStrong attention to detailTeam player & Collaborative - Works effectively in a team. Collaborates and shares information and solutions with colleagues, with other teams and stakeholdersRisk awareness - Demonstrates a good awareness of risk and fundamental risk concepts.
