This role within the Newton Property Management team, presents an opportunity to join our vibrant and dynamic business.With our people and customers at the heart of everything we've done for the past 22 years, we want to hire someone to slot into our fast-paced environment. Ideally, but not essential, it would be beneficial if the candidate has previous experience in a Property Manager (factoring) role.______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Role:Reporting to an Associate Director, this position has responsibility for managing a portfolio of customers, delivering a best-in-class customer service delivery model, whilst adhering to the Newton Way customer excellence charter.Main responsibilities:Customer experience & engagement:Responsible for the delivery of the Newton Way customer excellence charterBuilding and maintaining relationships with both customers and contractorsResponsible for creating and distributing regular customer communicationsConduct regular owners meetings, in both individual and group settingsPlan, attend and manage evening AGMs for portfolio sitesPortfolio management:Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive repairsManage and co-ordinate customer insurance claims processConduct regular property visitsRecord keeping:Ensuring customer records are kept accurately and up todateKPIs:Customer satisfaction (complaints % and survey/interviews)Customer response times (% delivery target)Specific skills, capabilities & requirements:Full, clean UK Driving LicensePrevious experience in a customer service-based roleStrong communicatorAbility to work well as part of a teamProficient using Office 365Ability to work to targetsWorks well under pressurePrevious experience using a CRM based system is preferable, but not essentialBenefits: Car AllowanceGroup Life InsuranceEmployee Loan SchemePension Scheme, including salary sacrifice enhanced pension scheme.Annual profit-sharing bonusComplimentary birthday offAdditional complimentary festive leaveEnhanced parental leave (maternity, paternity, adoption leave)Sick PayHoliday accrual schemeBereavement leave.....any many more !
