With continued growth in contentious work, there is a particular focus on Employment Tribunal advocacy, making this an ideal role for a solicitor who enjoys being on their feet and leading from the front.You will take ownership of a mixed caseload, with a strong emphasis on tribunal work, including multi-day hearings involving discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims, as well as preliminary hearings and case management discussions. Alongside advocacy work, you will provide strategic, HR-focused advice, becoming a trusted adviser to clients navigating complex workplace issues.What sets this role apart is the balance of independence and support.
