Marine Crewing Officer - Permanent – Glasgow - £competitive A global leader in ship management is looking for a crewing officer to join its HR team in Glasgow. Key ResponsibilitiesCrew Scheduling & Documentation Ensure timely crew rotations and complete documentation for joiners. Coordinate with recruitment for officer and crew onboarding.Crew Changes & Planning Manage crew changes with agents and vessels. Maintain regular communication with seafarers and manning agencies for timely relief planning.Contracts & Joining Documents Issue employment contracts and ensure all joining documents are completed, signed, and uploaded in Crew Inspector.Payroll & Budget Oversight Process monthly payroll, request funding, and review OPEX reports, explaining variances over 5%.Requirements:Experience: You must have some experience with Cruise ships, Ferries or Yachts.
