Eliminate the spreadsheets and make manual record-keeping a thing of the past with Policy Manager – our all-in-one policy management tool.The roleJoining the growing Early Years team, you will play a key role in introducing the company’s memberships to both new and existing customers in the nursery market. Your primary responsibility is to expand market share in nursery schools and groups by identifying and engaging key stakeholders within early years settings through targeted outreach and inbound interest. You'll research nursery school personas, understand their unique challenges and qualify opportunities. Focus will be on driving sales via both digital acquisition and the sales pipeline.Day to day includes: Initiate Contact with Nursery Schools and Groups by reaching out through personalised email outreach, cold calls, marketing campaigns and other channels to introduce memberships.Support Digital Sales Channels with a focus on Nursery – oversee and optimise nursery-focused outreach efforts. Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns aimed at EY education providers.Drive full sales cycle activities – Identify and engage with nursery school prospects using platforms such as LinkedIn and HubSpot. Take ownership of the sales cycle.Qualify and progress leads through both the sales and digital pipeline – evaluate the interest and fit of nursery school leads, and guide them through the sales funnel.Build Relationships with nursery leaders by engaging owners, directors, and managers through thoughtful, needs-based questions that help you understand their challenges and goals. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all contact interactions, activity updates and lead details are recorded in HubSpot for efficient tracking and reporting. Collaborate with marketing and content teams by sharing frontline insights from conversations with nursery schools to help refine messaging, improve campaign targeting and develop relevant content.Research and attend Nursery conferences, events and networking opportunities.The company is passionate about helping organisations grow and thrive through knowledge and connection. You will likely achieve circa £40,000-50,000 OTE. However, this is uncapped and will increase as you establish yourself in the role.
