Paralegal / Senior Paralegal – RTA /Volume Motor – Up to £38K salaryA highly respected national law firm is seeking a Paralegal or Senior Paralegal to join its specialist Volume Motor team, with opportunities available in either the Glasgow or Edinburgh office. The team is known for its expertise in defending motor claims on behalf of insurer clients, handling a high-volume caseload of litigated RTA matters in a collaborative and technically strong environment.This is a hands-on role involving full case ownership of approximately 70 litigated files. You will manage cases from issue through to trial, drafting pleadings, valuing claims using the Judicial College Guidelines and case law, and negotiating settlements.
