Youll handle a broad range of employment issues including restructuring, TUPE, discrimination and settlement negotiations - building strong, long-lasting relationships along the way. This role offers variety, autonomy and real impact in a supportive, culture-led workplace.Whats on offer:No billing targets allowing you to focus on client outcomes and delivering quality adviceVaried caseload from SMEs to mid-market clients, covering complex and multi-party Employment Tribunal mattersClient exposure work across multiple sectors, with real input into strategy and client relationshipsCareer progression genuine opportunities to grow and develop in a thriving businessCulture-first company a supportive, collaborative environment that values its peopleKey Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, commercially focused advice and documentation for Employment Tribunal casesManage a varied caseload independently, including complex or multi-party mattersEnsure all advice is timely, legally compliant and aligned with clients commercial goalsSupervise, mentor and support junior team membersLiaise with ACAS, employee representatives and litigants in person during proceedingsBuild strong relationships with key clients and support their ongoing needsContribute to internal training, process improvement and business development opportunitiesSupport the commercial team with client insights, proposals and renewalsMaintain accurate records, meet KPIs, and uphold professional and regulatory standardsSkills and Experience:Qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) and commercial experience post qualificationCompetencies:Excellent technical and up-to-date knowledge of employment lawProven in-depth knowledge of key areasAbility to work efficiently within a fixed fee modelStrong prioritisation skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standardsCommercially aware with a strong client care focusDemonstrated achievement of business objectives and client satisfactionTeam player with behaviours aligned to a positive workplace culturePersonal Qualities:Independent, impartial and objectivePresentable, confident and professionalCalm under pressure, conscientious, responsibleProactive, enthusiastic, highly organised and responsive to client and colleague needsReady to take the next step in your career?
