You will work closely with clients to understand their unique circumstances and goals, and deliver tailored solutions that protect their interests and provide peace of mind.Key Responsibilities:• Draft Wills, Powers of Attorney, and set up Family and Charitable Trusts• Provide estate and succession planning advice, often involving high-value estates• Manage executries and guide families through the winding-up process with sensitivity and care• Advise on Guardianships and Adults with Incapacity matters• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients through a thoughtful and personalised approachAbout You:• At least 1 year's post-qualified experience in private client work• Fully Qualified Scottish Solicitor• Understanding of the sensitivity and responsibility involved in advising on personal legal matters• Client-focused, personable, and committed to building trusted relationships• Ability to work well in a small team environment and willingness to be hands-on• Desire to build a long-term career within private client lawWhat’s on Offer:• Supportive mentorship from a senior solicitor• Exposure to high-value estates and complex personal matters• Opportunities for career development and progression• Flexible and approachable work environmentAlongside these benefits, you'll be part of a collaborative and client-focused culture where your contributions are valued.
