Are you an experienced Head of Reward looking for a fresh challenge?Salary - Up to £75k + Car/ Allowance + BenefitsSite Location - 1 day per week in Northampton - with travel to other sitesAs Head of Reward, in this newly created role, you will review, design and develop the Reward offering across this organisation.
