Prime Workforce is currently recruiting experienced Scaffold Project Managers for a full-time, permanent position with our client based in Cumbernauld.Were seeking front-end, client-facing professionals with extensive experience managing scaffolding teams across multiple projects and contracts. The ideal candidate will be confident working both on-site and off-site, building strong relationships with clients while effectively leading scaffolding squads to ensure successful project delivery.Job PurposeAs a Scaffolding Project Manager, you are responsible for managing multiple scaffolding squads, across multiple scaffolding projects in Scotland. Youll provide an excellent end to end scaffolding service for your assigned projects, from order to completion. Youll maintain high standards of service and ensure a seamless experience for clients. Youll be in regular contact with your line manger to keep them up to date with wins, learnings and priorities.Key Responsibilities and DutiesYoull manage assigned projects on a day-to-day basis; assessing and mitigating risks associated with all scaffolding operations.Plan and allocate resources: teams, materials, transport, client schedules to meet operational demands and project timelines.Consistently achieve required deadlinesClear, regular and professional communication to your squads and clientsLead by example with professional, safety-first ways of workingPrepare and deliver project-specific RAMS, designs, site plans, material and price listsOversee the safe execution of all assigned live projects in full compliance with A/S/S policiesEnsure scaffolding is erected/dismantled per current regulations and client specificationsManage QHSE standards daily; ensure operatives comply with SG4:22, TG21 and other industry guidance.Maintain accurate daily and weekly updates to labour spreadsheets to track project progressComplete all necessary documentation (handover certificates, off-hire certificates, CVIs) for every contractEnsure all paperwork is submitted for accurate month-end invoicingCreate drawings and material load tickets for each projectUpload stock requirements via our stock management systemRecord site inspections and visits using Smart Manager softwarePerform or oversee the maintenance of any scaffolding projects to ensure they remain in a safe working conditionLiaise daily with the Contracts Manager and Yard Manager regarding transport and materialsProcess weekly payroll for all site operativesManage costs effectively to keep projects within budgetMaintain and strengthen client relationshipsMonitor performance and behaviour of team members, addressing issues (e.g., timekeeping, attitude) with Line Manager and HR as neededAbout Prime WorkforceAs a division of Prime Trading Group, we are a trusted name in recruitment, connecting talented professionals with leading organisations.
