Space Planning

We are seeking a Space Planning Co-Ordinator for a Facilities Management company. The role will includes the following:1. Delivering space planning rearrangements.2. Planning and implementing move projects, tasks, and move layout designs.3. Managing day-to-day small moves, office reconfigurations, and new furniture requests.4. Generating tasks and requests for maintenance or services that are related to moves.Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with the Stakeholders and Project managers to gain a knowledge of coming works.Approval of e-permits, access permits, and contractor RAMS for small worksSchedule works to provide best value for the client and customerKeep Moves tracker document up to date at all timesEnsure that PO’s are raised and tracked before work takes placeProvide regular updates on workload and pipeline works to the MAC & Space Planning manager.Monitor workloads and report when resource is over or under utilisedProcess management for MAC, including maintaining all processes within a live system.Liaising with Delivery Managers and vendorsEnsure all completion documentation is in place and filed following completion of projectsAttend weekly coordination and scheduling meetings and be comfortable presenting updates
