In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to oversee treasury activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.You'll provide targeted advice to our Treasury and Finance teams across relevant activities, including capital and liquidity management, interest rate risk management, and asset liability management.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let’s get in touch.What you'll be doingDeveloping, maintaining, and enforcing treasury policiesOverseeing treasury procedures and related internal controlsAdvising leadership on regulatory compliance matters impacting treasury activities across jurisdictionsCollaborating with Regulatory Compliance and Legal teamsAligning treasury compliance activities with group-wide strategies and standardsAssessing compliance with key treasury regulations, including EMIR, CRR, liquidity requirements, SFTR, securitisation rules, and large exposuresSupporting annual safeguarding audit processesEnsuring readiness for regulatory reviewsTracking emerging regulations such as repo-clearing requirementsProviding Treasury with sufficient lead time to operationalise regulatory changesPartnering with Risk, Legal, and Finance teams to embed compliance considerations and controls into treasury products, funding, and hedging derivatives activityActing as the first point of contact for regulatory compliance queries within TreasuryProviding proactive guidance to ensure alignment with EU and UK regulationsWhat you'll need5+ years of compliance experience in treasury, liquidity, or financial risk management, either with a bank, financial institution, or fintech (covering liquidity, capital, or funding management)Background in process design or enhancements to strengthen compliance programmes for treasury regulations and reporting obligationsTechnical knowledge of regulatory requirements for liquidity, capital adequacy, and large exposures, from identification to implementationThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlinesNice to haveFamiliarity with treasury-related regulations, including EMIR, CRR, SFTR, liquidity requirements, and safeguarding rulesExperience on a global teamAdaptability to working in a fast-paced environment
