Job Title: Contractor Compliance OfficerLocation: StevenageRate: £25 p/h - We are booking interviews next week! Please call or email for a slot Due to the internal movement of the current position holder we are actively seeking a Health & Safety professional to join the Facilities Management Department. Working closely with the Contractor Compliance & CDM Manager ensuring that all Facilities Project work and Contractor Controls are delivered safely, ensuring best practice within our fast moving environment. The Role will not only involve active engagement with the Facilities Team, but also supporting across works across the wider business, along with developing strong relationships across a broad spectrum on contractors. Standard 37 hours working week with 3 to 4 days site attendance and 1 to 2 working from home to enable flexibility and work/life balance against the needs of the business. The Role:So, what will you be doing as a Contractor Compliance Officer?Excellent experience of construction environmentsAbility to carry out focused Health & Safety Inspections and ensuring that actions raised are closed outAbility to collate information and create reports on findingsKnowledge of auditing processAble to problem solve and develop workable solutionsA strong communicator and able to influence othersProvide guidance to ensure the business remains compliant in its activitiesAble to carry out investigations, create reporting and statistical analysisPromote best practice across all FM works/projectsBe able to plan diary to proactively engage across all UK sites on a regular basisProactively manage own workload What are we looking for in our next Contractor Compliance Officer?
