Job Title: Branch ManagerLocation: Weston-super-MareSalary: £30,000 basic | OTE up to £60,000Type: Full-time, PermanentOverview: We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager - or a Senior Sales Negotiator looking to step up - to lead and grow a high-performing team. You'll be managing a core team of 3 (2 Sales Negotiators and 1 Mortgage Advisor) with plans to expand by two more.Key Responsibilities:Manage and mentor a team of three, with plans to expand to five team membersDrive branch performance to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectationsRecruit, train and develop new team members as part of the expansion strategyMaintain strong relationships with clients, buyers and industry contactsOversee day-to-day branch operations whilst implementing strategic improvementsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunitiesEnsure compliance with industry regulations and company policiesReport on branch performance and contribute to wider business planningRequirements:Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator ready for progressionStrong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teamsComprehensive knowledge of the property market and estate agency operationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsResults-driven approach with a track record of achieving targetsUnderstanding of mortgage processes and property legislationAbility to work independently whilst contributing to wider company objectivesFull UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between locations when requiredWhat You Get:£30k basic salaryOn-target earnings up to £60kOpportunity to grow the team and your career
