Are you a recent law graduate looking to secure your first role within the compliance space? We have partnered with a leading managed services provider who are looking for a Risk and Compliance Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The company are best known for providing ongoing managed services to law firm clients, with their expertise spanning a range of areas including business planning and management, finance, risk and compliance, HR, operations, marketing, and technology.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with the company’s diverse client base, including both established international firms and new entrants into the legal market.Key responsibilities for this role include:Keeping up to date with spreadsheets dedicated to core compliance documentation.Involvement in the initiation of new clients and matters as part of New Business Intake activities.Contribution to meeting compliance prerequisites tied to administrative client due diligence tasks, sanctions screening, conflict validation, and determination of engagement terms in collaboration with fellow Associates.Provision of administrative and supportive assistance for various projects like insurance and regulatory renewals, audits, research endeavours, and policy evaluations.The ideal candidate will have: A legal qualification (LLB, GDL, LLM) Previous administrative experience gained in a professional services environment Strong organisational and attention to detail skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with compliance processes and requirements is a plusPlease apply for full details.
