Recently acquired by an international investment firm, the business is undergoing significant investment to expand its presence in the UK lending market. With a strong emphasis on growth and market share, the company is preparing to broaden its product offerings and credit options, signalling exciting opportunities for development and impact in the near future.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:This is a broad, high-impact role offering exposure across the business. You'll work across collections, credit, marketing, and digital – depending on your background and interests – with a focus on delivering insight, driving strategy, and supporting leadership through data.Key responsibilities include:Drive performance insights across the lending portfolio to identify growth opportunities and improve customer outcomesLead predictive modelling projects supporting credit strategies, marketing performance, and new product developmentPartner with senior stakeholders to inform commercial decisions with data-driven insightsManage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality output and upskilling in SQL/SASCollaborate with credit, marketing, and digital teams on cross-functional data initiativesSupport new product launches with forecasting, segmentation, and customer engagement analyticsOwn end-to-end analytics projects, from scoping and data exploration through to delivery and presentationEnsure compliance with FCA advertising guidelines and uphold data integrity standardsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE:The Senior Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:You must come from a banking, lending, or financial services backgroundYou must understand FCA advertising guidelinesYou must have previous management experienceYou need to have a coding background (SQL or SAS) in order to support the teamExperience with statistical modelling in a digital or marketing contextHOW TO APPLY:If this sounds like the role for you, send over your CV to Noah at Harnham by using the link below.
