Senior Operations Manager

TITLE: Senior Operations Manager, Europe - Fashion & ApparelsLOCATION: London - UK FASHION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE COMPULSORYOur client is a leading lifestyle brand collective that designs, sources, markets and sells high quality products in multiple segments, including women's, men’s and kids’ apparel, accessories, entertainment and beauty.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to design and implement scalable processes for new license acquisitions.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, 3PLs, and carriers to ensure seamless logistics operations.Develop and refine fulfilment best practices to maximize efficiency within budget constraints.Understand international Customs, Taxes, and VAT requirements for product flows.Represent Operations in S&OP process development initiatives.Partner with Customer Care to assess and enhance the customer impact of fulfilment activities.Identify and implement logistics cost reduction strategies without compromising service quality.Support inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels and accurate tracking.Monitor and report fulfilment, inventory, and logistics KPIs to drive improvement.Drive logistics innovation by integrating industry trends and new technologies.Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations to prevent delays or penalties.Ensure adherence to EU, UK, and Swiss compliance standards; coordinate with global teams on deliverables.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO APPLY:Proven expertise in managing end-to-end supply chains in a matrix organisation, ideally in the apparel, footwear or fashion accessories industry.Experience of global product flows from sources in manufacturing countries to warehouses in distribution countries to deliveries to B2B and B2C.Experienced in logistics budget management.Good understanding IT Applications to support operations processes : ERPs (ideally SAP), VendorPortals (ideally Infor Nexus), WMS, TMS, and EDI communications between systems, logistics partners (3PL, carriers) and CustomersSuccessful track record in multi-channel delivery operations.
