Receptionist – Private Equity£30,000–£35,000West End | Office-basedOur client, a highly regarded investment firm with stunning offices near Charing Cross/Green Park, is seeking a professional, client-focused Receptionist to join their London team of around 80 people, as part of a wider global network.Working alongside another Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the business, ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience for visitors and colleagues alike.Key responsibilities include:Greeting clients and guests with warmth and professionalismManaging meeting rooms, including bookings, set-up, and refreshmentsLiaising with couriers, suppliers, and building managementSupporting Executive Assistants with ad hoc administrationAssisting with client events and office hospitalityAbout you:Previous experience in a corporate reception or hospitality/front-of-house rolePolished, professional manner with excellent communication skillsHighly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in a busy environmentA team player who enjoys delivering outstanding client serviceThis is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the private equity sector, working within a motivated, collaborative, and successful organisation.
