This opportunity is available on a part time basis for a more experienced administrator or full time basis for an entry level/ junior administrator.Your responsibilities will include:Providing administrative support across the firm’s business divisionsAssisting with monthly billing, document management, and meeting coordinationManaging client onboarding in line with Money Laundering RegulationsActing as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming callsSupporting internal and external eventsAssisting with the upkeep of the office and taking on ad hoc projectsProviding occasional cover for other service line administratorsAbout you:You will have strong administrative skills with excellent written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using new systemsGreat attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approachAdaptability and a drive to improve processesIdeally, some previous experience in a financial services or professional services environmentIn exchange you can expect to work for a hugely supportive organisation who puts their employees at the centre of everything they do.
