Office Manager (Part-Time - 4 Days per Week)We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing global recruitment agency.This is a key part-time position where you will ensure the smooth running of our office operations, provide essential support to the leadership team, and play a central role in maintaining a productive and professional working environment.This role is based in the Nottingham office but will have light touch support across 5 other locations.Key Responsibilities:· Oversee day-to-day operations of the Nottingham office to ensure it runs efficiently and professionally.· Manage facilities, supplies, equipment, and service providers.· Provide administrative support to directors as required, including meeting coordination and document preparation.· Arrange and book travel for sales professionals across the group· Support diary and travel planning for senior team members on an ad hoc basis.· Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.· Help coordinate company meetings, events, and team activities.· Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and well-organised office environment for staff and visitors.About You:· Proven experience in an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar administrative role.· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.· Confident communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.· Comfortable working independently and managing a varied workload.· High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).· Experience in a recruitment or fast-paced professional services environment is a plus.Why Join Metric?Metric is a modern, fast-paced executive and speciality search firm with a global presence.
