Job Description Sales ExecutiveWe have partnered with a leading provider of healthcare products and services, supporting professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and improve operational performance.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales & Account Executive to manage and grow existing customer accounts while delivering an excellent service experience.You will be responsible for re-engaging inactive accounts, maintaining regular outbound contact with customers, and identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling. The role also involves processing orders and enquiries accurately, maintaining up-to-date customer records, and supporting inbound calls when required.You will work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales, margin and growth targets, while ensuring all customer communication is professional, accurate and timely.Key ResponsibilitiesReactivate lapsed accounts and monitor customer spend trendsConduct daily outbound calls to build strong customer relationshipsAchieve sales, profit and growth targetsProcess orders, quotations and enquiries accurately and on timeMaintain and update CRM/customer recordsUpsell and cross-sell to maximise order valueSupport inbound calls and provide excellent customer serviceEnsure reporting and administration are completed accuratelyAttend training and team meetings as requiredContribute positively to team culture and special projectsSkills & ExperienceStrong telephone and communication skillsPrevious customer service or sales experience (industry experience advantageous)Highly organised with strong attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office and CRM systemsStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsAbility to work to targets in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a flexible and proactive approachPerson ProfileSelf-motivated and target-drivenAdaptable and resilientExcellent time management skillsHigh standards of professionalismCollaborative and supportive team playerWhat's on offer28,000 base + 35,000 OTE25 days annual leave (with option to purchase additional days)Life assuranceCycle to Work schemeSubsidised gym membershipHealth & wellbeing supportEmployee discountsHybrid and flexible workingThis role is being handled by Sam Palmer - Pearson Whiffin
