My client is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Lead to join their dynamic Marketing team. This key role focuses on improving website performance and digital journeys using data-driven insights, behavioural analysis, and UX best practices. Alongside the opportunity to make a real impact, the company offers a generous salary and bonus package, plus hybrid and flexible working to support your work-life balance.Day-to-day of the role:Lead the website conversion strategy, setting optimisation priorities based on data insights and commercial goals.Define and manage the web content strategy, ensuring collaboration with internal stakeholders to prioritise and publish the right content.Partner with marketing and commercial leads to prioritise digital activities and campaigns, aligning them with business impacts and customer needs.Represent digital performance needs in cross-functional planning, influencing future site enhancements, integrations, and rollout plans with business systems and global teams.Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalisation experiments using tools like FullStory and Google Analytics.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance site elements such as landing pages, navigation, forms, and checkout flows.Work closely with content and creative teams to optimise headlines, CTAs, page layouts, and messaging.Maintain a continuous improvement roadmap, aligned with key digital performance indicators.Regularly report on test results and optimisation progress, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Stay updated on the latest CRO trends and tools to continuously bring innovative ideas to the team.Required Skills & Qualifications:Marketing degree and/or equivalent CIM level preferred.Digital marketing qualification is desirable, with a strong emphasis on practical digital skills.Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within capital goods or large value services, covering areas such as web, email, PPC, SEO, social media, content marketing, and more.Proven experience managing significant budgets.Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FullStory).Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate persuasively.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance incentives.Flexible hybrid working arrangement.Opportunities for professional development and training, including the BDIA Introduction to Dentistry course.Dynamic work environment with the chance to make a significant impact on the business.
