Effectivecommunicationandpeoplemanagementskillsisextremelyimportant. Goodunderstandingofriskandhowtomanagethiseffectively. Mustunderstand,respect,andbeabletomanagetheappropriatebalanceofcustomerexpectationsandbusinessneeds. Asoundknowledgeofthemanufacturingenvironmentandmanagementofitsprocessesisimportanttothisrole. DUTIES Executionofontime,inspecificationandinbudgetprojectdelivery. Employmentoftheprojectmanagementprinciplestoensuretheassignedprojectobjectivesaremanagedappropriately. Design,validationanddeliveryofdetailedengineeredequipmentsolutions. Supplychainmanagementtoensuredeliveryontime,inspecification&inbudget. Preparationofprojectdocumentationtoachieveclientapprovalstatus. Suitableengagementandmanagementofinternalsupportfunctionstoensuretheprojectobjectivesareachieved. Provisionofsuitableandsufficientclientliaisontorepresenttheclientproject,andthecompanysbusinessneeds. Executionforseparatesmallerprojectcontractsasrequiredbythebusiness. CarryoutanyotherreasonablerequestoftheManagementTeam,DirectorsorShareholders.
