With a strong order book, new business growth, and ambitious expansion plans through 2030, this is an exciting time to join our team.The RoleWere seeking aBid Managerto take ownership of our tendering and pre-qualification processes, helping us secure major contracts and frameworks. Youll be responsible for managing bids from initial opportunity through to submission, ensuring that each tender reflects LFSs professionalism, technical expertise, and value proposition.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full bid lifecycle from identifying opportunities to final submission.Coordinate input from operational, commercial, and technical teams to produce compelling, compliant tenders.Develop clear win strategies aligned with LFSs strategic goals.Maintain and update bid libraries, case studies, and supporting documentation.Manage portals, frameworks, and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs).Track success rates and provide feedback to improve future submissions.Work closely with senior management to align bids with company growth priorities.About You:Proven experience managing bids/tenders, ideally within construction, compliance, or fire safety sectors.Strong writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent organisational skills able to handle multiple deadlines.Commercially aware, proactive, and confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.A team player who takes pride in producing high-quality, persuasive proposals.Why Join LFS?Be part of a fast-growing, forward-thinking business with a clear 5-year strategy.Work from our modern head office and manufacturing facility in Gillingham.Opportunity to influence major contract wins and company direction.Competitive salary, benefits, and career progression opportunities.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Company pensionCycle to work schemeEmployee discountHealth & wellbeing programmeLife insuranceWork Location: In person
