Advertising Executive TEMP

Patek Philippe is the last family-owned independent Genevan Watch Manufacturer. We are currently recruiting to fill the following full-time vacancy in our UK Head Office in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire Advertising Executive TEMPORARY For a period of up to 12 months (Full time, office based) You will play a key role in supporting the PR and Communications Manager dealing with the media and retailers. Main Duties: Support development of Co-op plans and budget with retailer network on a timely basis, coordinate runs and repeat copies Support advertising strategy, including Corporate advertising plans Update all retailers on new and applicable guidelines, including running changes Attend meetings with retailers where necessary Support PR & Communications Team activities with the digital advertising platform Monitor and implement all paid social media initiatives, including advertising and PPC activities Invoicing and crediting for advertising plans, using SAP system Support the team with the PR and Events activities Using all Microsoft packages including Word & Excel What we are looking for: To be successful, you will be creative and have excellent literacy and numeracy skills. You will be proactive, reliable and work well as part of a team. You will be proficient in using Microsoft packages including Word & Excel. Experience in the Advertising industry and Digital Media would be desirable. Flexible working hours would be needed in this role, including trips when necessary.
