Job DescriptionDesign Operations Manager Mission CriticalGatwick Hybrid WorkingAbout the Role:Join a leading data centre consultancy as a Design Operations Manager, where you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Consulting Services (CS) team.You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, manage resources, ensure project and contract delivery, and drive quality across mission critical design projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and support the CS team to meet project and business goals.Manage resource planning and capacity across multiple projects.Ensure deliverables, commercial targets, and compliance standards are achieved.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.Oversee design quality, technical reviews, and health 'safety risks.Contribute to budgeting, proposals, and client relationship management.What Were Looking For:Proven leadership with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.Strong communication and organisational skills.Experience in the data centre or mission critical sector.Background in design and resource management preferred.Please apply with an updated copy of your CV.
