As an onsite Recruitment Partner, youll work directly with internal teams to deliver talent for major infrastructure projects. The role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a strong track record in professional and technical construction hiring, with broad experience of placing candidates into client-side and contractor environments. Youll enjoy , visibility, collaboration with senior stakeholders and the chance to make a real impact on London Gatwicks future.What You Will Be DoingPartnering onsite with internal teams to provide expert recruitment support.Leading talent attraction activity using advanced recruitment technology.Running candidate sourcing campaigns across job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.Conducting first stage Teams interviews and assessing candidate suitability.Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to support ongoing project needs.Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the processManaging data accurately within a modern ATS and recruitment systemsWhat You Will BringProven construction recruitment experience gained in recruitment agency, RPO or in-house environmentsConfidence when engaging candidates and stakeholdersA proactive and organised approach, capable of managing multiple prioritiesAdvanced use of sourcing tools, job boards and LinkedInA strong desire to learn and grow is what matters most.
