We’re looking for a Sales & Operations Trainer to join our ever-evolving Global SMB Learning & Development team and help us unleash the potential of every business.About the teamOur Global SMB Learning & Development team is responsible for training our Sales and Operations colleagues, who serve SMB customers across the UK and ROI.The team works closely with our internal and external stakeholders across the organization to enhance their knowledge and skills in line with our strategic goals and initiatives. Our aim is to drive a blended learning experience that is engaging, impactful and supports personal and professional growth.What you’ll own as the Sales & Operations TrainerTraining Development and DeliveryDeliver a range of ongoing training initiatives, including sales skills, onboarding, systems and compliance trainingConsult with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to define clear objectives and learning outcomesWork cross-functionally to ensure business alignment: actively participate in and lead project meetings/new initiatives/launches. Research, gather, and compile relevant insight, feedback, and data for business partnersSelect, implement, and facilitate using multiple and appropriate delivery methods and mediaPlan and execute pre- and post-course activities to align learning styles and instructional environment needs with course objectivesDevelop new programs and content to address specific needs across sales and operations teamsAdminister appropriate assessments as necessary and evaluate the success of course design, one's own preparation and delivery, and use results to continuously improve self and team effectivenessConducting training needs analysis for teams we support, to identify gaps and suggest training opportunitiesDeliver and support effective coaching and feedback tools for front line employees. Provide relevant findings and feedback to leadersAdditional L&D Activities and ProjectsParticipate in and lead various L&D projects to support organizational goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training initiativesStay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programsEvaluate the effectiveness of L&D activities and make recommendations for improvementContribute to the development of L&D strategies and policies.What you’ll bringMinimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a Learning & Development roleProven experience in sales and/or operations trainingStrong facilitation skills in both classroom and virtual formatsAbility to analyse data and develop actionable insightsStrong organizational skills and demonstrated agility and ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing prioritiesProficiency in training software and toolsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to create and deliver engaging training contentAbility to collaborate; effectively working across multiple levels, roles, teams, and functions in the organizationKnowledge of the Payments industry would be advantageous but not essentialWhat we offer youA competitive salary and benefitsA variety of career development tools, resources and opportunitiesThe chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in the payment industryTime to support charities and give back in your community.What makes a WorldpayerWhat makes a Worldpayer?
