We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Key Account Manager to support one of our key industrial clients based in the Gateshead area. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, this role requires a strong focus on coordination, compliance, and client relationship management. If you thrive in industrial recruitment and enjoy building and managing client accounts, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Shift Coordination:Coordinate and manage the scheduling of temporary industrial workers to meet the client’s production and operational demands.Ensure timely and accurate placements aligned with client requirements, shift patterns, and productivity targets.Candidate Management:Maintain up-to-date records of workers, ensuring all documentation meets compliance, safety, and legal standards.Support onboarding and induction processes to prepare workers for site-specific requirements.Account Management:Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client, gaining an in-depth understanding of their evolving staffing needs.Work collaboratively with the client to forecast labour demand, manage peaks, and resolve any staffing challenges efficiently.Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact between JAYCO, the client, and temporary workers.Communicate shift details, updates, and expectations clearly to all parties, ensuring smooth daily operations.Compliance:Ensure full compliance with employment regulations, health and safety guidelines, and client-specific policies.Monitor and adapt to changes in industrial legislation and best practices, updating internal procedures as required.Qualifications:Previous experience in industrial recruitment or staffing, preferably in a high-volume environment.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage dynamic operational requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with both clients and temporary staff.Good understanding of workforce management.A problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.Benefits:Competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.Opportunities for career growth and ongoing professional development.Supportive team culture in a collaborative and energetic work environment.If you have a passion for recruitment, thrive in a high-demand industrial setting, and bring strength in account management, we invite you to apply.
