Account Co-ordinator- Be the Voice of Calm in a World of Chaos (Mostly Emails, Rare Drama) ✨Fast-Moving & Occasionally Bonkers Consumer GoodsRight then - we’re on the hunt for an account manager who’s organised, calm under pressure, and has a cracking way with people (ideally without needing 14 cups of tea first).You’ll be looking after a group of customer accounts like they’re your own little kingdom - answering queries, solving the odd mystery (where has that pallet gone?), and keeping everything running smoother than a freshly-oiled machine. You’ll be the friendly, reliable voice customers trust - even when they’ve “just got a quick question” that turns into a full-blown saga.What you’ll actually be doing (besides being a legend):*Keeping your own portfolio of accounts ticking over nicely*Chatting with customers (the lovely ones and the slightly dramatic ones)*Making sure targets and KPIs are hit -no pressure, you will have help!*Working closely with planning, production, and operations - basically keeping all the plates spinning*Spotting problems before they become proper headaches*Visiting customers now and then (they will even let you out the office!)*Keeping your emails tidy and your spreadsheets even tidier*Covering your mates w...
