Gateshead based, hybrid after on-boarding and training Up to 30,000 DOE + OTE & benefits SaaS Sales Development Representative core duties: Find companies and contacts that match our buyer profilesResearch these companies and contacts so we engage with a cleverly curated message that cuts through and catches attentionUse the phone, email and social media to nurture interest whilst always qualifying if we are a good fitWorking with the marketing team to strike the right balance between automation and personalisationBooking well-qualified discovery calls for the Sales Executives to deliverSaaS Sales Development Representative experience: Minimum 2 years experience in B2B lead generation ideally within SaaSConsistent record of hitting new business KPIsUnderstanding of and success in deploying a variety of outbound sales tactics across multiple channels (phone, email and social) to effectively engage with relevant prospectsStrong team player who will work closely with your colleaguesConfident and tenacious with the motivation to exceed expectationsFriendly, enthusiastic, confident and comfortable with talking to stakeholders of all levels on the phone, email or face-to-face
