This role requires versatility, a strong customer focus, and a commitment to maintaining excellent standards of finish. Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing surfaces thoroughly for painting and decorating, including cleaning, sanding, filling, and making good. Applying paint, wallpaper, and other decorative finishes to a consistently high standard. Undertaking touch-up work and remedial painting as part of repairs and maintenance. Working efficiently and cleanly within residents' homes, ensuring minimal disruption and leaving properties tidy. Interacting respectfully and professionally with residents and colleagues.
