Through advanced energy and carbon assessments, coupled with strategic planning and implementation services, supported by cutting-edge infrastructure technology, we’re pioneering revolutionary solutions to help businesses reduce their environmental impact incrementally.What is the job about?As an EMS Administrator, you will analyse customers electrical schematics and EICR to recommend appropriate level of monitoring for energy management systems. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of pricing strategies and structures. You will ensure accuracy in pricing data and collaborate with other departments.What exactly will you do?Analyse electrical schematics and EICR.Support the preparation and validation of customer circuit lists, contracts, and quotations.Resolve pricing discrepancies or disputes quickly and professionally.Support pricing audits and provide documentation as needed for internal or external review.To troubleshoot technical issues within the data which may identify site or equipment failings.To work with internal and external stakeholders to best meet the needs of the clients and resolve their issues.Provide regular updates and feedback to customers on their issues.Report weekly on the progress of resolving these issues.Maintain accurate records of all client enquiries and resolutions.Update ClearVUE CRM/360 with progress reports to inform Energy & Sustainability Managers of updates.What we’re looking forHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively across departments.Must be able to adapt quickly to changes made internally and by the suppliers.Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook is a must).Someone who remains calm under pressure.Can work as part of a team but also on their own.Positive attitude.Advanced levels of resilience.Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.Bonus pointsAny recognised electrical or engineering qualificationEnergy management qualificationPrevious experience working with electrical schematics, EICR.Previous energy management experience.Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).What’s in it for you?Industry-leading compensation package: Negotiable base salary of £25,000 - £30,000(DoE).Make a difference: Your work will contribute to limiting the increase in global temperatures by helping businesses reduce carbon emissions and improve their sustainability.Learn from industry-leading experts: We have cultivated some of best talent in the industry, allowing you to supercharge your career progression and learn from the best minds out there.Work-life balance: No late finishes – keep your plans with friends and family.Enhanced annual leave including additional time off in December (incentivised)ClearVUE is an equal opportunities employer.
