You will be working hand in hand with the operations and services teams, therefore building strong relationships and networks will be key.You will assist in coordinating schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.What exactly will you do?Project Coordination & DeliverySupport the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across global teams.Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports for senior stakeholders.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks or project plans.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional collaboration.What we're looking forA recognised project or programme management qualification.Experience in a project role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Experience and capability in management of, budgets, controlling costs, planning, scheduling, and change control.Understands the use and applications of Project Controls department tools and systems.Ability to think analytically, conceptually, and adaptively, and make sense of new information across multiple levels of detail.Able to address conflicts and facilitate timely resolution builds collaborative relationships, engages others, and fosters teamwork.Able to foster development of a common vision and collaboration among team members and teams across geographical and cultural boundaries, promotes open expression of ideas, encourages, and empowers others to achieve.
