Senior Managing Agent Location: Warrington, Gateshead, or Market Harborough (Hybrid working minimum 40% office presence) Type: Full-time, Permanent (flexible working available) Salary: 33,000 41,500 per annum We are working witha purpose-driven environmental consultancy specialising in the natural and historic environment. Our client delivers expert advice in Arboriculture, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Landscape Design & Management, Green & Blue Infrastructure, and more. With over 150 professionals based across Warrington, Gateshead, Market Harborough, London, and Cornwall, our client is creating sustainable and successful places in both urban and rural environments. TheLandscape Management Team is made up of more than 36 dedicated professionals. As a Landscape Institute Registered Practice, they are committed to professional excellence, continuous learning, and the development of our people. The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and experienced Consultant or Senior Managing Agent to join a Landscape Management team. This role ensures that land and property portfolios are safe, well-maintained and compliant, through inspections, risk assessments, and the coordination of maintenance activity. What Youll Be Doing Conducting regular site inspections in line with internal policy and RICS safety standards Completing risk assessments and escalating high-priority hazards Producing clear and accurate reports, including photographs and recommended actions Coordinating remedial actions with contractors and service providers Managing working relationships with security and maintenance teams Adhering to health and safety procedures and maintaining appropriate PPE Recording incidents and participating in service improvements and training What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who is confident, reliable, and able to balance multiple priorities with a proactive and professional approach. Essential: Excellent organisational skills for managing multiple sites and competing priorities Clear and confident communication skills Good working knowledge of health and safety legislation relating to land and property Full UK driving licence Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Desirable: NEBOSH Certificate (Construction or Fire Safety) Membership of the Landscape Institute, RICS, or IOSH Background in land, estate, or environmental management Experience of contractor coordination and on-site delivery Project management or team supervision experience Why Apply?
