As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organised Solar Sales Administrator to support our Solar Specialists and day-to-day operations. Role Overview The Solar Sales Administrator plays a key support role within the sales team. Working closely with our Solar Specialists, you will assist in preparing solar proposals, managing customer information within the CRM, and handling general administrative tasks to ensure the sales process runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to installation. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Solar Sales team and Solar Specialists Assist with the preparation and formatting of solar system proposals and quotations Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system Enter, update, and track leads, opportunities, and customer communications Support the sales process by ensuring documentation is complete and correctly filed Coordinate basic follow-ups, appointments, and internal communications Handle general office administration tasks such as emails, data entry, and document management Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to installation Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required in a small family business environment Skills & Experience Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role (preferred but not essential) Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Interest in renewable energy or solar industry (desirable but not required) What We Offer A supportive role within a friendly, family-run business On-the-job training and exposure to the solar and renewable energy industry Opportunity to grow with the business and develop new skills Flexible and collaborative working environment Competitive pay based on experience TPBN1_UKTJ
